♦ QUALIFICATION:
- Masters in Human Resource Management from reputable university.
- Additional certifications in HR will be strongly recommended.
♦ REQUIREMENT:
- Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Prepares reports and completes surveys on employee matters as required.
- Assists with the development, implementation, and approval of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Assists HOD Human Resources.
♦ EXPERIENCE: 3 to 4 Years experience.

♦ JOB LOCATION: Saddar Karachi.
