Are you a passionate and innovative Chemical Engineer, Polymer Engineer, or M.Sc. Chemistry graduate looking to kickstart your career in Research and Development? Happilac Paints is seeking a motivated Management Trainee (R&D) to join our Industrial Coatings Team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participate proactively in research and development projects within the Industrial Coatings Division.
· Conduct experiments to optimize the latest market trends and needs.
· Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure timely execution and processing of epoxy orders.
· Identify opportunities for innovation in product development and process improvements.
· Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
· Maintain accurate records of experiments and procedures for regulatory audits.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of all R&D activities, including lab notebooks, experiment logs, and technical reports.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1+ years of relevant experience is a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
