MANAGER MAINTENANCE (INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE)
JOB OVERVIEW
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for injection molding machines, molds, and supporting equipment.
- Diagnose machine and mold breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Continuously monitor equipment performance, identify risks of potential failures, and recommend sustainable improvement solutions.
- Oversee maintenance of auxiliary systems such as chillers, compressors, dryers, and plant utilities.
- Coordinate with PPC and procurement teams to maintain optimal spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Lead, mentor, and build the technical capabilities of the maintenance team, fostering accountability and ownership.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, ISO standards, SOPs, and drive continuous improvement through 6S practices.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams on equipment installations, modifications, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics & Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
