Job Responsibilities:

Ensure legal compliance and effectively handle visits from legal and regulatory authorities.
Lead and coordinate AIBI and Halal audits.
Manage FSSC and PSQCA certifications, ensuring all standards are consistently met.
Conduct internal audits, verifications, validations, and follow-ups to ensure compliance.
Supervise the Microbiology Laboratory and maintain high standards in testing and reporting.
Oversee proficiency testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of lab results.
Supervise the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) team for effective control and hygiene maintenance.
Manage external testing coordination and documentation.
Develop and conduct training sessions for staff to strengthen compliance and quality awareness.

Job Requirements:

BSc (Chemistry), BS Food Technology / Chemical Engineering or having required skills through training and experience.
03 years of experience, preferably in Dairy, Juice, Water or Beverage industry.
Proven experience in FSSC implementation and management.
Hands-on experience in AIBI audit handling.
Strong understanding of PSQCA certification processes and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise QA shift activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
Prepare and manage staff scheduling for QA personnel.
Cross-check QA chemists’ activities and ensure adherence to testing protocols.
Ensure regular calibration of laboratory equipment and maintenance of calibration records.
Review daily QA documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct daily line visits to monitor GMP, AIBI, and Food Safety compliance across production areas.
Monitor and cross-check syrup room batch mixing and water treatment processes.
Perform cross-verification of materials from warehouse and store.
Verify compliance of CCPs, OPRPS, PCPs, and PRPs during shifts and take immediate corrective actions where necessary.

Job Requirements:

BSc (Chemistry), BS Food technology / Chemical Engineering
More than 03 years of experience, preferably in Dairy, Juice, Water, or Beverage industry
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Good Laboratory Practices (QA/QC/GLP)
Syrup Room Operations & Water Treatment Management
Knowledge of QAS, AIBI, PSQCA, and FSSC Standards
Quality and Food Safety Documentation & Reporting
