Job Responsibilities:
- Track the attendance, leaves of all staff and provide leave and attendance summary, and other relevant information on monthly basis for payroll.
- Create a channel of communication with operations to ensure that all the information is available with HR precisely.
- Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through letters.
- Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner.
- Follow up for the clearance certificate and ensure final settlement is done within standard agreed timeline.
- Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, and PF related documents.
- Comply with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements and maintain minimal company exposure to lawsuits;
- Ensure that administrative office procedures and established standards are adhered to and maintained in all aspects of work.
Experience: 02-03 years
Qualification: At least Bachelors
