Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure the growth of core products along with new products.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Carry out responsibilities for achieving target and increase market share growth.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Conduct field visits, negotiate & discuss with customers to close sale and maintain after sales relationship with customers.
• In collaboration with sales team, achieve overall short and long-term sales and marketing objectives.
• Follow up on a regular basis.
• Assist the line manager in collecting market intelligence, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback.
• Align and coordinate various events like promotional campaigns, road shows, etc., as per the market need.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• FMCG sales experience will be preferable.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Must have good communication and writing skills.
• Should be proactive, self-motivated, and well-mannered with a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of computer skills.
