We’re Hiring for
GM – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (GROUP LEVEL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the group-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and systems at the group level.
- Monitor working capital, cash flows, and treasury functions to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Oversee statutory audits and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Provide strategic input on investments, M&As, and capital structuring.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
Requirements:
- CA / ACCA / CFA / or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a diversified group or holding company.
- Proven experience in consolidated group financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of IFRS / GAAP, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
