We’re Hiring! Manager After-sales (Parts) for Head Office, SITE, Karachi

Requirements:

Skills:

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks.
Experience with sales, marketing, budgeting, and data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is essential.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field, coupled with 5 to 7 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts management, or customer service, preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage parts inventory levels, source parts, and coordinate supply and logistics to ensure timely delivery and minimize customer downtime.
Achieve sales targets by developing & implementing strategies, tracking sales performance, and potentially selling new product lines to clients.
Provide excellent customer service, handle complex customer complaints and warranty cases, and build strong relationships with both customers and a global network of part distributors and dealers.
Lead and mentor a team of after-sales parts staff, delegate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, process payments, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
Create accurate sales and inventory reports, analyze trends in customer habits and product demand, and provide transparency to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve logistical challenges, find opportunities for operational efficiency, and implement new after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
