Position: Accounts Executive
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting

Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, & payment processing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Job Description: Accounts Executive is responsible for but not limited to:
- Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments after due verification as per project approvals.
- Record and reconcile customer receipts and resolve any deductions made by clients.
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations and maintain updated project lists and party-wise receivables.
- Create inventory items, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders for projects; ensure timely approval from the CEO/Director.
- Handle urgent payments such as bid money deposits and PSID payments to avoid any business disruption or financial loss.
