Position : OFFICER CUSTOMER SERVICES (FEMALES ONLY)
FF Steel, a leading Grade 60&80 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar is seeking applications from talented, passionate and energetic professionals for their Marketing (Customer Services Section) at Lahore Office.
Qualification: FA/BA
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in online sales preferably in a call center
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage online customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional support.
- Promote company products and services across digital platforms.
- Handle order processing and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Work toward achieving monthly online sales targets.
- Interact daily with new and existing customers via phone calls to promote products.
- Generate and track sales leads to support the company’s business growth.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and report on lead conversion status.
Location: Lahore
Salary: PKR 40,000+ Commission

Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage customers and convert leads into sales
- Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach
