Position : DY. MANAGER CALL CENTER (ONLINE SALES)
FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large- scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar is seeking applications from talented, passionate and energetic professionals for their Marketing department at Head office.
Location: Lahore
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000
Benefits EOBI – Group Health & Life Insurance Provident Fund Paid Leaves etc.
Graduate having 5 years of experience at supervisory level preferably in a call center.
Incumbent will be responsible to lead the team of call center agents for interacting with New & Existing customers via phone calls on a daily basis regarding company’s products and getting sales leads.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills, Team management, computer skills & attention to detail working and multitasking ability will be preferred.
Candidates having ERP knowledge will be given preference.
