Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient sales operations and high customer engagement.
- Manage and improve strike rates for customer engagements.
- Ensure comprehensive area coverage and successful execution of projects.
- Lead new customer acquisition initiatives.
- Implement and monitor discount and credit policies.
- Convert leads into sales & achieve sales targets.
- Enhance customer retention & improve the Net Promoter Score.
Education:
- BEE from any reputable university.
- MBA marketing is a plus.
Experience:
- 8 to 10 Years of BD experience with 4 years at a managerial position in any building material related industry.
Skills:
- Project Management, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Leadership, Interpersonal Communication.
