Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient sales operations and high customer engagement.
• Manage and improve strike rates for customer engagements.
• Ensure comprehensive area coverage and successful execution of projects.
• Lead new customer acquisition initiatives.
• Implement and monitor discount and credit policies.
• Convert leads into sales & achieve sales targets.
• Enhance customer retention & improve the Net Promoter Score.

Education:

• BEE from any reputable university.
• MBA marketing is a plus.

Experience:

• 8 to 10 Years of BD experience with 4 years at a managerial position in any building material related industry.

Skills:

• Project Management, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Leadership, Interpersonal Communication.
