RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure assigned sales target with effective sales strategy and execution
- Effective Team development
- Conduct Market Analysis in line with Sales KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Effective Distribution Development and Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure team performance tracking and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years sales experience in FMCG (Confectionery) in Gujranwala.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in ASM role.
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA/Equivalent education in related field is preferable.
- Strong analytical skills for market trends, sales data and competitor analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical territory frequently.
Location: Gujranwala (base town)
