Express News is looking for Cost Accountant came Inventory Controller. Should be a freshly qualified ICMAP/ICMAP Finalist with 2-3 years of related experience. Ideally individuals from textile sector will be preferred. Resumes can be shared at [email protected]
Job Description is given below;
Costing & Inventory:
1. Should review standard and actual job order cost sheets for Bridal and RTW and identify the inaccuracies with respect to the direct material and particularly direct labour cost (hourly and wages)
2. Should prepare monthly variance report for direct labours (hrs deviation) and wages.
3. Should review and work-in-progress report (in-house Plus outsource jobs). Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances and follows the inventory management strategy of the company with the goal to control costs within budget, generate savings, rationalize inventory and maximize the working capital available.
4. Maintains and manages inventory of materials and stocked products, which include stock locations and profiles.
5. Work with materials review for obsolete inventories and samples
6. He should prepare monthly cost of goods sold report to accounts department
