Position: Territory Sales Executive
Locations: Rahim Yar Khan, Lahore, Mardan, Sujawal
Qualification: Graduate in Business Administration
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, FMCG preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To coordinate in relation to stock shortage in the market; Seeks support from the Logistic & Warehousing department to deliver stock on the same day to ensure timely deliver to the shoppers and distributors.
- To engage for last minute orders placed by large wholesalers LMT and IMTs; Coordinates to ensure last minute orders are place on priority in order to generate sales.
- To manage communication to execute marketing tools for requirements i.e. special discounts, activities and events received by high profile customers and companies.
- To evaluate the financial credibility of distributors prior to on-boarding in order to ensure achievements of the sales targets.
- To be responsible to coordinate daily with the distributors in order to receive orders; Ensures timely executions of supply of products to the distributors.
- To establish a liaison with distributors to seek flexibility for payment terms for certain shops in order to generate sales and achieve targets; Acts as a mediator in resolving payment issues between distributors and shops.
- To ensure space availability within the distributors warehouses and supply wings to minimize risk of having damage goods.
- To be responsible to monitor the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of goods; manage coordination with retailers to ensure product availability based on area wise SKUs in order to generate sales and revenue.
- To be engage to acquire advance booking for products in coordination with Wholesalers; Liaises with wholesalers to meet high volume of product requirements and to assist in ensuring targets are achieved.
- To ensure availability and visibility of premium and regular products ranges at all IMT (International Modern Trade) and LMT (Local Modern Trade).
- To be responsible to monitor the sales team to ensure the implementation of FIFO is carried out for all products of EBM; Seek to create a win-win situation between the customers and shoppers by implementing the SOPs of Customer Management.
- To Provides visibility to the direct reports for on-going promotions of products.
- To ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge; Identifies training requirements to develop subordinates.
- To manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback and formal appraisal; Assists in performance management of indirect reports.
