We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager/ Property Consultant/ Senior Property Consultant/ Relationship officer and Relationship Manager to join our team.

Location: Islamabad (Head Office)

Responsibilities:

Sales person will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities
Research and identify potential customers, and develop strategies to engage with them.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Conduct Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
Showcase our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value.
Negotiate and Close Sales Deals
Work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.
Meet and Exceed Sales Targets
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience: 3 to 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or in Banking or Insurance company.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
Ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
Industry Knowledge Familiarity with our industry, products, and services.
Must have Bachelor degree or any relevant degree.
