Position: Manager / AVP Compliance Risk Management
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be at least a Graduate / Master, preference will be given to business graduates / masters.
- 1 to 4 years relevant or similar capacity experience in Banking industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Good prioritization, organizational, multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure.
- Desire to be challenged and learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Break-down of Regulatory requirements into actionable tasks.
- Coordinate with respective departments for compliance of Regulatory requirements.
- Follow-up with process owners for establishing controls where controls are not in place with reference to regulator’s requirements.
- Coordination with Operational Risk Team to monitor adequacy and efficacy of compliance risk controls through RCSAS or KRIS
- Management of the Compliance Risk Management System etc.
- FATCA/CRS Reporting as per regulatory requirements.
