Organizational Development Associate

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, SUKKUR CAMPUS

JOB SUMMARY:

This position works in a fast-paced environment and is part of a highly visible team challenged with developing and implementing important changes and pivotal programs. This professional contributes to staff performance, learning management, and other key initiatives that maintain the Organization’s high standards and further excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for coordinating with the departments related to training and development matters.
Responsible for the internship process in terms of CV database management, induction, coordination with the other departments, and certificate issuance.
To conduct non-Managerial employee orientation and documentation-related matters.
Responsible for Employee of the Month activity & conduct the sessions as well.
To handle the documentation related matters of orientation and other OD documents.
To handle the administrative matters related to training sessions.
To support line supervisor in daily day-to-day OD related matters.
Responsible to prepare the training content for soft skills training as per requirement. To gather training feedback details and other related matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: BS/BA/BPA/MBA/MPA – in relevant field. Experience: 01 to 03 years of experience in a similar position.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:

Effective communication skills.
Excellent written skills.
Critical thought.
Time Management.
Ability to work under stress.
