𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚, 𝐍𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝, 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment and sales.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality footwear products.
-Monitor stock levels, track sales performance, and make data-driven decisions for replenishment.
-Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
-Manage pricing, promotions, and markdowns to maximize profitability.
-Ensure timely product launches and maintain product availability across retail and online stores.
-Collaborate with marketing teams for product positioning and promotional activities.
-Prepare reports on sales trends, inventory, and customer feedback to improve product selection.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
2-4 years of experience in footwear merchandising or a similar role.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of footwear trends, materials, and supply chain processes.
