Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.

- Conduct field visits and ensure product visibility in the market.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast demand accurately.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in tyre or automotive sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willing to travel extensively within the region.

We are HIRING EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities :
- Handle all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and clearing agents.
- Maintain communication with international clients regarding orders, payments, and shipment updates.
- Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain export records and reports.
- Support the sales team in developing new international markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in export operations (automotive/tyre industry preferred).
