Diamond Group of Industries is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Audit to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of audit principles to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all company operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize internal audits across departments.
Review financial statements, internal controls, and risk management processes.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in external audits and coordinate with auditors as required.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
🔹 Requirements:
CA Inter qualification (mandatory).
2–4 years of relevant experience in audit or internal control functions.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
