Experience: 2-3 years recovery experience in Freight forwarding or Shipping line
Qualification: Preferably Bachelors in Commerce
Job Summary:
Incumbent will be responsible to oversee and manage the financial recoveries from the customers through regular follow ups.
He/ She will be recording and handling the invoice submission, bank statement reconciliation, withholding tax reconciliations & payment and customer disputes resolution as per well-defined KPIs & Order to cash policies.
