Dewan Cement Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Joint Manager – Process (Cement Mill Area). The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and supervising the performance of Ball Mills and Vertical Mills, ensuring smooth operation and consistent product quality in line with production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and control process parameters of Ball Mills and Vertical Mills to achieve optimum production and quality performance.
Analyze daily production data and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and Maintenance teams for seamless operations.
Conduct process audits and initiate improvement measures to reduce power consumption and increase mill output.
Monitor process indicators such as feed rate, mill load, power, residue, and Blaine value.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Prepare technical reports and assist senior management in process improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

B.E. in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the Process Department of a Cement Plant, specifically handling Ball Mills and Vertical Mills.
In-depth knowledge of cement grinding processes, process control systems, and optimization techniques.
Experience with modern control systems (e.g., PLC/DCS) will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in process data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
Ability to work independently and meet production targets under pressure.
