Job Title: Manager Compliance & Reporting
Purpose : The purpose of this position is to maintain and enhance strong system of internal controls, ensure effective support to shared entities and ensure compliance with statutory rules and regulations related to financial reporting WITHIN the limits of the Corporate regulations and Companies act, statutory guidelines, regulatory laws, and defined SLA timelines.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provides support to shared entities for decision making i.e. financial forecast, areas of cost reduction, costing structures, etc.
- Responsible for monthly management reporting & statutory reporting on quarterly and annual basis in line with given regulatory regulations.
- Responsible for timely completion of internal & external audit activities; support for implementation of efficient and appropriate internal controls across all shared entities.
- Manages team of 10 to 15 persons for work allocation, training, supervision, capacity creation, job rotations and succession planning.
- Ensures compliance with defined statutory regulations & reporting timelines;
- Manage enterprise risk register, minutes of risk & compliance committees along with circulation of reports with relevant committees on quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis.
- Maintains close liaison with external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements: CA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA, 6 – 8 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years of managerial experience
