Position: Brand Executive
The job incumbent will be responsible for the building, management and growth of specific brands or a portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands
- Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget
- Plan and implement BTL and Trade Marketing activities such as Market activities, On road activities, Promotional activities, Point of sales activities, Event management, Sponsorship management, Shop branding, Category display branding etc.
- Co-work with respective trade channels/Sales team for promotional mechanism, special offers, in store display and POS materials
- Collaborate with Sales team in devising strategic trade initiatives & trade related activities
- Implement appropriate marketing strategy to ensure brand profitability
- Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
- Conduct regular product training for sales staff and partners
- Analyzing & reviewing market response/requirement and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals.
- Monitor market share performance of brand across various markets and implement area specific plans
- Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills enabling you to work across, and engage with, internal and external teams
- Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities
- Creation of brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan
Requirements:
- MBA – Marketing or Advertising
- Min. 3 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role
- Experience in Electronics or FMCG industry would be an advantage
- Possess strong communication skills English
- Passionate about brands and technology
- Proactive, result-driven and presentable
- Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
