Key Responsibilities
- Technical Knowledge & Failure Analysis, Process Implementation.
- Productivity Analysis.
- Prioritizing and assigning work to meet operational requirements.
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety of assets.
- Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
- Coach and mentor technicians and Executives.
- Monitor associate work levels, KPI’s and making Bi-yearly appraisals.
- Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Coordinating with other functional departments to keep operations streamlined.
Requirements
- Candidates having qualifications of Mechanical Engineering or BS Mechanical are encouraged to apply.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in relevant field.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Operation management skills.
