Responsibilities:
- Recruitment as per approved company policies & procedure
- Maintain record of employee strength as per approved budget on daily basis
- Devise strategy to ensure smooth working of production floor by providing on time manpower
- Ensure 100 % process of confirmation, transfers, health insurance, social security & final settlement in coordination with concerned departments
- Address & resolve daily basis employee concerns & forward dispute/ grievance handling issues to the disciplinary action policy
