Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Sr. Assistant Manager (MMC)
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our MMC Department as a Sr. Assistant Manager. The role involves ensuring the timely arrangement and development of trims, effective stock management, and a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must possess a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Textile Engineering, or a similar degree. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
Ensure timely arrangement of trims in accordance with the production plan, both for after-wash and before-wash.
Manage stock levels effectively in line with approved standards, covering both after-wash and before-wash requirements.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from suppliers.
Oversee the timely development of trims to meet customer requirements.
Proficient in MS Office & Oracle..
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills and Risk Assessment Ability.
