JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, organizes, directs and controls all related activities to ensure attainment of operation objectives and targets within the acceptable cost and shrinkage level, ensures maximum productivity of staff within the department overseeing all commercial aspects and operations of the entire store.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plans, monitors, controls and directs all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets.
- Manages stocks, maintains good service level in all areas.
- Floor manager takes on the role of ensuring customer satisfaction, expected to take care of issues and resolve point-of-sale discrepancies.
- Ensures stocks are well replenished and monitoring of slow movers and provides timely feedback.
- Ensures movement of stock is documented.
- Floor manager is responsible for conducting appraisal and reviewing the performance of the staff.
- Responsible for dealing and solving staffing issues.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Graduation / Preferred Masters
- 5+ years working experience in similar field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good leadership and persuasive skills.
- Decision making and analytical skills.
- Good computer and management skills.
- Resolve conflict & handle work load.
