WE’RE HIRING FLOOR MANAGER – FOOD – FAISALABAD
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Support Operations including checkout, fresh, receiving, and delivery.
- Oversee the checkout processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise the inventory of fresh items, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement training programs for support agents to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain reports on team performance, presenting findings to upper management as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a food retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing daily food operations, including checkout, receiving, inventory, and delivery processes.
