LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Location: Lahore
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage and process daily orders, including those from key accounts.
- Review and monitor daily sales reports, ensuring proper acknowledgment of Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
- Oversee the coordination of storage, transportation, and delivery of goods to ensure efficient handling.
- Maintain and consult on stock levels, ensuring efficient movement and replenishment as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Conduct monthly and annual stock monitoring and counting to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Verify shipments by SKU at the time of order processing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit Daily Activity Reports and account for any discrepancies and damages during in-transit from factory to customer.
- Seek opportunities for cost savings in transportation and warehousing while implementing quality recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and maintain the upkeep and safety of storage systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and SAP/ERP.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
