LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Location: Lahore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage and process daily orders, including those from key accounts.
• Review and monitor daily sales reports, ensuring proper acknowledgment of Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
• Oversee the coordination of storage, transportation, and delivery of goods to ensure efficient handling.
• Maintain and consult on stock levels, ensuring efficient movement and replenishment as needed.
• Serve as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Conduct monthly and annual stock monitoring and counting to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Verify shipments by SKU at the time of order processing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit Daily Activity Reports and account for any discrepancies and damages during in-transit from factory to customer.
• Seek opportunities for cost savings in transportation and warehousing while implementing quality recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and maintain the upkeep and safety of storage systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and SAP/ERP.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
