Qualification: Bachelor in Business or related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience
In this role, the incumbent will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout their journey with BYD. They will address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, working closely with dealership teams to enhance service quality and maintain open lines of communication with customers.
