BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for an “Assistant Manager Early Detection & Early Response” in their Customer First department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience:
3-4 years of relevant automotive experience

Location: Head Office

The role requires strong technical expertise in vehicle quality analysis, defect reporting, and system-based issue tracking. The incumbent must be experienced in using computerized tools such as DTR and FTR for defect data management, root cause analysis, and repair support follow-up. A solid understanding of warranty policies, dealership operations, and technical standards is essential for effectively driving quality improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams—such as QA, IT, Sales, Marketing, Parts, and Legal—as well as external stakeholders like dealerships, vendors, and logistics partners. The role involves collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, implementing product support systems, and monitoring the overall performance of dealership networks. The incumbent is also expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that feedback is efficiently translated into corrective actions.

Durability testing and performance reporting are critical components of this position. The role requires hands-on involvement in on-road validation of new vehicle specifications, managing durability activities, and compiling results for management. Preparing and presenting reports such as KPI dashboards, CFD Obeya reviews, and QRM updates is a routine responsibility, demanding strong communication and presentation skills.

The incumbent must also be capable of overseeing technical policy development, dealership performance evaluation, and the implementation of customer-focused strategies to uphold product reputation and enhance brand trust.
