We are hiring a Regional Financial Controller to lead finance and controllership for our International Division, with a strong focus on tax compliance and regulatory engagement in challenging markets.

The role requires hands-on experience in finance and controllership, preferably from the Distribution & Logistics industry, along with proven exposure to dealing with regulatory authorities. International experience — particularly across the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, or Africa — will be a strong advantage.

Ideal candidates bring FMCG/distribution experience, strong commercial acumen, KPI-driven mindset and Artificial Intelligence exposure will be added an advantage.

The role focuses on delivering top-line growth, margin expansion, Route-to-Market (RTM) execution, and customer excellence, with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around revenue growth, market share, gross margins, sales productivity, receivables control, and working capital efficiency.
Ideal candidates bring strong experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), with proven commercial acumen, KPI-driven mindset and Artificial Intelligence exposure will be added an advantage.
