We’re Hiring: Manager – Exports | Karachi Head Office
Aisha Steel Mills Limited is looking for an experienced export operations professional to manage our export orders end to end, from contract to shipment and delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Manage confirmed export orders through production, shipment, and delivery
- Plan shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
- Prepare and verify export documentation
- Keep customers updated and report on delivery performance
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 14 years (Master’s) or 16 years (Bachelor’s) of experience
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and logistics, preferably in steel
- Manage confirmed export orders from contract finalization through shipment and delivery.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, QA, finance, and logistics teams for timely execution.
- Plan shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
- Prepare and verify export documentation — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Maintain order trackers and keep customers updated on order and shipment status.
- Assist in preparing quotations, sales confirmations, and contract amendments.
- Monitor freight costs and payment milestones; escalate delays and execution risks.
- Prepare regular management reports on order execution and delivery performance.
What You Bring
- Experience in export operations, shipping, or international trade, preferably in steel.
- Sound knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and logistics.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, order tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: 14 years (Master’s) or 16 years (Bachelor’s)
- Location: Head Office, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi
