NOW HIRING! Deputy Manager – Mechanical (Planning)

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professional for our vacant position of Deputy Manager – Mechanical (Planning) to join our team.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline from HEC recognized university
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, spare parts management, procurement coordination, and cement plant operations
Experience in PR creation, technical evaluation and scoring, procurement coordination, and PO follow-up for spare parts and services
Strong knowledge of spare parts lead time planning, material availability, inventory optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials for planned maintenance activities
Experience in shutdown planning and coordination, including incorporation of long-lead spare replacement requirements into maintenance plans
Strong knowledge of spare parts inventory management, with a focus on minimizing dead/slow-moving inventory while ensuring availability of critical and running spares
Hands-on experience in SRC, SRF, ROGP, and OGP creation, approvals, and follow-up, along with material transfer and gate pass coordination
Strong focus on maintenance cost reduction, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement strategies
