Location: Karachi, Pakistan
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of REIT transactions. The role offers exposure across financial modelling, deal execution, and real estate investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis) for REIT investments
- Conduct feasibility studies, valuations and market research
- Support transaction execution end to end, coordinating with legal advisors, consultants and regulators
- Prepare information memoranda, pitch decks and investor presentations
- Track market trends, regulatory developments and REIT compliance requirements
- Monitor asset performance against underwriting assumptions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CFA charterholders or candidates preferred
- 1–3 years experience in project finance / investment banking
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of real estate and REIT structures
- Attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication
