OPPO Pakistan (IMPEL Tech) is expanding! We are looking for energetic, results-driven professionals to join our Experience Store leadership team in two key positions:

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟏: 𝐎𝐅𝐒 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐇𝐑𝐁𝐏 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞)

This role bridges retail operations with intensive frontline human resource management, serving as an HR Business Partner for our experience stores.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬:

Recruiting & Training: Lead the recruitment pipeline for Store Managers and Promoters; design performance-linked retail training.
Workforce Management: Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and compliance audits.
Cultural Drivers: Foster team culture initiatives to lower retail staff turnover.
Salary Calculation: Oversee monthly payroll and incentive compliance.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:

Aged 25 to 30 years old (younger profile preferred).
2–3 years of team HR or operations experience in the Chain Retail Industry (e.g., Apparel, F&B, Consumer Electronics, FMCG).

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐: 𝐎𝐅𝐒 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐑𝐒𝐌 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞)
This role is laser-focused on hitting retail targets, streamlining operations, and managing multiple stores.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬:

Achieve Sales Targets: Secure revenue growth and target fulfillment across all product ranges.
Execute Product Launches: Launch flagship models and ensure accurate pricing and promotion rollouts.
Regional Coordination: Link Head Office strategy with on-ground regional sales actions.
Regular Store Audits: Conduct regular field visits to inspect operations and mentor team performance.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:

Aged 24 to 27 years old.
2–3 years of retail sales management experience; background as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) managing multiple stores in the Mobile Phone or Home Appliance sectors is highly preferred.

𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Technical Skills: Fluent English alongside high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory for scheduling/data metrics).
Traits: Meticulous, structured, highly resilient, and capable of working effectively under target pressure.
