POSITION: Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Apply Online
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Plan, execute, and evaluate employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Support induction, orientation, and onboarding programmes for new hires
- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and documentation
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and feedback
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/ATS
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
