Experience:At least 10 years of senior managerial experience in school operations at a reputable institution

Main Purpose of the Job
- Providing strategic leadership and managerial/operational oversight to the Alumni Relations department
- Developing and delivering services, events, and programs for BSS alumni
- Overseeing the largest alumni network of over 120,000 members
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead a team of 5 members—3 based at the head office in Lahore and 1 each in the south and north regions. This role requires traveling to various locations for team activities.
- Event Planning and Execution: Planning and executing a variety of Alumni events including meet & greets, alumni masterclasses, alumni dinners, campus legacy events, and memory lane podcasts.
- Network Establishment: Develop and maintain a social network to facilitate the smooth execution of online and campus-based activities.
- Program Development: Create and implement programs that engage alumni and foster a strong sense of community.
- Budget Management: Create and manage the annual department budget to ensure the smooth execution of BOSS alumni activities nationwide.
