POSITION ASSISTANT MANAGER SCHOOL OPERATIONS & DEVELOPMENT
LOCATION Head Office, Lahore
QUALIFICATION Master’s in Business Administration or any relevant field
EXPERIENCE 5–6 years of relevant experience in supporting leadership positions within large scale organisations
JOB BRIEF Assisting the Assistant Director School Operations & Development in managing and streamlining the operational and developmental functions of Beaconhouse schools. The role involves close coordination with regional and school-level teams, ensuring uniform implementation of policies and procedures, monitoring financial and operational performance, and facilitating efficient communication across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with schools, regions, and HO departments for smooth operational execution
- Monitor student strength, project cash flows, and fund positions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the management
- Handle queries from parents, schools, and authorities, ensuring timely resolution
- Liaise with other departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.) for follow-ups and updates
- Represent the AD in meetings and maintain confidential records
- Manage the AD’s schedule, meetings, travel, and official correspondence
SKILLS
- Proficiency in MS-Office Suite
- Adept at stakeholder management
- Excellent understanding of schedule/calendar management
- Thorough understanding of administrative tasks
