Qualfication & Banking Expericence: Mininum 4 years working experience in complaint management and call center.

  • Well versed with call center performance monitoring tools.
  • Well versed with call center performance monitoring tools of complaints management.
  • Have sound knowledge of conducting customer surveys and mystery shopping.
  • Proficient in use of ms excel.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education Should be masters (preferably MBA) from a reputed university.
