- Well versed with call center performance monitoring tools.
- Well versed with call center performance monitoring tools of complaints management.
- Have sound knowledge of conducting customer surveys and mystery shopping.
- Proficient in use of ms excel.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education Should be masters (preferably MBA) from a reputed university.
