Bank AL Habib is looking for an Officer / Assistant Manager – ADC Reconciliation / Dispute & Chargebacks
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate/ preferably Masters/ MBA
Department: ADC
Experience: At least 2-5 years’ experience in POS / E-Commerce Disputes and Chargebacks
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ADC Reconciliation, particularly Raast Reconciliation, and the timely handling and resolution of related disputes
- Responsible for handling Issuance and Acquiring Debit/Credit Cards POS, Ecommerce & International ATM Cash Withdrawal Transaction disputes in a timely and effectively is resolved, as per Global (Visa, MasterCard & UnionPay International) and Local (Payak) Schemes regulations
- Responsible for handling ADC-related disputes, i.e., ATM Cash withdrawal, IBFT, Bill Payments, RAAST, & Settlement of ATM Excess / Shortage
- Well-versed in handling all Dispute Resolution as well as ADC Reconciliation & Settlement
- Liaison with internal/external stakeholders, i.e., Merchant, Branches, Associations, Local & International Acquiring Banks, etc
- Effective time management, multi-tasking, Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ensure through root cause analysis of recurring disputes/complaints, escalation to relevant stakeholders, and elimination of the possible causes of disputes
-Prepare MIS reports
-Well versed in MS Office
