Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors/Masters Preferred

Department: ADC Business Division

Experience: Minimum 10 Years experience of Credit Card Lead

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall credit card product strategy in alignment with the bank’s business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements.
Define product requirements, features, and pricing for credit card products to meet customer demands and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, risk management, compliance, and technology to develop and launch new credit card products and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze credit card portfolio performance, including acquisition, activation, usage, and retention metrics, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics related to credit card products, and recommend product enhancements and innovations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and credit card networks.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to drive credit card acquisition and usage.
Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to ensure the bank’s credit card offerings remain competitive in the market.
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure efficient handling of credit card-related customer inquiries and issue resolution.

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the bank’s goals and objectives.
Identify market opportunities and trends to enhance existing products and introduce new ones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, risk management, and technology to bring new products to market.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and performance of the credit card portfolio.
Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks, taking proactive measures to address them.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize credit and fraud losses while maximizing profitability.
Ensure that the product complies with relevant regulations and industry standards, especially in the context of financial services and card operations
