Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Department: Banking on Equality

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product coordination, banking operations, training coordination, or client support

Job Skills & Key Responsibilities:

Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good communication and presentation support abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
-Understanding of banking products and financial concepts is preferred
Support the business team in coordinating product launches, enhancements, and periodic reviews.
Assist in maintaining product documentation, manuals, SOPs, and approval records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT, Marketing) for product-related tasks and follow-ups.
Maintain product trackers, timelines, and status reports.
Act as a coordination point for customer and internal teams related to product briefings and financial literacy initiatives
-Track KPIs related to product coordination and outreach programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Branch sales / customer service.

A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by women entrepreneurs in Pakistan (especially in the SME/informal sector)
Drive Portfolio Expansion: Strategically work with branches to significantly increase the number of women opening accounts and securing formal business loans.
Identify Opportunities: Systematically analyze market gaps and economic sectors to identify underserved areas where women require support in financial products.
Product Promotion: Actively support and lead the promotion of Bank AL Habib’s specialized financial products through branch networks.
Identify Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with academic institutions, NGOs, vocational training centers, formal/home-based business associations.
Lead Awareness Initiatives: Arrange, lead, and execute impactful financial literacy and awareness sessions.
Staff Training: Collaborate with HR and training departments to plan and deliver gender sensitivity and specialized product training.
