Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) is looking for a proactive, technically sound, and customer-focused After Sales Service Manager to lead our Service Center operations in Rawalpindi. If you have strong expertise in after-sales service, customer complaint resolution, service operations and team leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career with PEL!

Qualification: BSc Mechanical Engineering / B-Tech (Hons)
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in:✔ Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics✔ Automotive / HVAC✔ Service Center Operations✔ After-Sales Service amp; Customer Complaint Management

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day Service Center operations

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests
Drive team productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Monitor service KPIs, turnaround time, and operational performance
Ensure compliance with service SOPs and quality standards
Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions
