JOB TITLE: Deputy Manager – QA

LOCATION: Islamabad – PK

JOB FUNCTIONS

Map workflows, identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, and develop SOPs aligned with ISO and ITIL standards.
Review and standardize departmental SOPs and policies, maintain document registers, templates, and version control, and validate processes.
Define, monitor, audit, and optimize departmental KPIs, develop dashboards, and retire outdated metrics.
Ensure Change Management compliance, conduct data-driven retrospectives, and support ISO certification, audit readiness, and PTA regulatory compliance.
Conduct process audits, report findings and risks, and track deviations, Risk Acceptance Declarations, and CAPA to closure.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 20000 are a plus), ITIL and process-improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma, BPMN).
Familiarity with PTA regulations and the telecom regulatory environment.
Results-driven and organized; able to manage multiple assignments to deadlines.
Hands-on experience in process mapping, SOP development, internal auditing and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboards (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
Understanding of change management and incident/problem management practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, CS, IT, Engineering, or related field; 4+ years in QA, governance, or audit (preferably Telecom/ICT/Infrastructure), including 2+ years in SOPs, or ISO audits/certification.
Proficiency in MS Visio/process mapping/dashboarding tools, ISO 9001 Auditor, ITIL Foundation, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt+ certification preferred.

Transworld Associates is looking for a results-driven Deputy Manager – PMO to oversee project execution, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

WE ARE HIRING

JOB TITLE 👤Deputy Manager – PMO

LOCATION : Lahore – PK

JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensure project delivery within approved scope, budget, and timelines, coordinating with PMs and stakeholders while independently managing assigned projects.
Maintain SAP Project Systems (WBS, budgets, milestones), monitor CAPEX (actuals, commitments, forecasts), report variances, and deliver PMO process training to new PMs.
Manage RAID logs, change control, approvals, project documentation, governance compliance, standardized templates, procedures, and process improvements.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards, coordinate stakeholder meetings and communications, track action items, and oversee project closure, acceptance, lessons learned, and benefits reviews.
Manage vendor cost matrices, verify milestones before payments, monitor vendor performance, and assist Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal on RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, and contracts.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

Proficiency in SAP Project Systems, MS Project, PMBOK methodologies, governance, stage-gate processes, and change control.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint proficiency and attention to data accuracy.
Results-driven, organized, and skilled in stakeholder/vendor coordination, management reporting, and handling multiple projects within deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a relevant discipline; PMP/CAPM certification preferred.
Minimum 4 years of PMO/Project Management experience, preferably in Telecom, ICT, or Infrastructure, including 2 years of hands-on SAP, MS Project, Project Server, and MS Visio.
