• Develop SEO-optimized technical content for Bachaa Party’s e-commerce website including category, sub-category and product pages.
• Build a deep understanding of the product categories in coordination with our merchandising teams.
• Create content for email newsletters, push campaigns, videos etc.
• Copywriting for paid ads.
• Conduct in-depth research on relevant topics to publish blogs on local platforms like Startup Pakistan, Pro Pakistani, DAWN.com, Tribune, Urdu Point etc.
• Identify gaps in content and recommend new topics
• Ensuring grammar, tone is up to the brand’s standard and clearly understandable for the customer.
• Set response templates for the CS team that are friendly and engaging at the same time.
• Distilling complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style
• Working with content strategists to build editorial calendars
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• BS/MS in Media Sciences or Advertising, BBA/MBA Marketing, or a related degree.
• At least 2 years of copywriting/content writing experience for a retail brand.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.

o Lead the annual budgeting process across departments and retail outlets.
o Develop rolling forecasts considering sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and market conditions.
o Partner with commercial, supply chain, and retail operations teams to align budgets with sales and operational goals.
o Identify risks and opportunities in the budget and suggest corrective actions.
o Analyze sales performance by category, store, and region to track profitability.
o Evaluate gross margins, promotional impacts, and discount strategies.
o Monitor operating expenses (OPEX) and recommend efficiency improvements.
o Support inventory management through analysis of stock turnover, aging, and markdowns.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA).
o 8-10 years’ relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or FP&A (retail/FMCG experience preferred).
o Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
o Advanced Excel, ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools (Power BI) expertise.
o Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
o Strong communication and presentation skills for management reporting.
o Commercial acumen with an understanding of retail KPIs.
o Leadership and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI with a focus on scalability, automation, and performance optimization.
o Create complex DAX calculations, advanced measures, and custom KPIs to support business reporting.
o Build robust data models and semantic layers (Star, Snowflake, hybrid schemas) for enterprise reporting.
o Lead data integration projects by connecting Power BI with SQL databases, APIs, ERP, and cloud-based data sources.
o Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), governance standards, and user access controls.
o Optimize large datasets and dashboards for fast, reliable insights.
o Collaborate with management-level stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
o Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure version control for all BI assets.
o Recommend and adopt latest Power BI, Power Platform, and Azure features to enhance analytics capabilities.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
o 2–3 years of professional Power BI development experience in mid-to-large organizations.
o Expert knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling best practices.
o Strong SQL programming skills with expertise in query optimization.
o Hands-on experience with large datasets, incremental refresh, and real-time data streaming.
o Strong understanding of data governance, warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
o Proven ability to translate business/management requirements into BI solutions.
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or Data Lake.
o Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics.
o Knowledge of DevOps, Git, or CI/CD deployment for Power BI.
o Ability to mentor junior team members and support cross-functional BI projects.
