𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Assist the QA team in inspecting apparel products at various production stages to ensure quality standards.
o Maintain quality records, inspection reports and related documentation.
o Learn and observe apparel quality processes, SOPs and best practices.
o Report any quality issues or deviations to the QA Manager for timely action.
o Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement during QA reviews and audits.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Fresh graduate (Bachelors in Apparel / Textile / Quality Management) from a reputable institution.
o Basic understanding of apparel quality standards, inspection processes and production.
o Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
o Positive “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
o Good communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
o Identify potential markets, clients, and business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
o Identify, approach, and onboard new clients and partners.
o Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
o Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
o Drive revenue growth through consistent lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
o Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail Ops, etc.) to ensure business objectives are aligned.
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and proposals in systems.
o Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote brand visibility.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
o Minimum 6–8 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar client-facing, sales-driven role.
o Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or the service industry will be an advantage.
o Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation, and business analytics.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
