𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐨 Hunt and conceptualize new products based on market needs and emerging trends.
𝐨 Collaborate with design teams to develop prototypes, tech packs, and detailed product specifications.
𝐨 Select appropriate fabrics, hardware, and trims for sample and final product development.
𝐨 Work closely with multiple manufacturers to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness and adherence to brand standards.
𝐨 Coordinate sample development processes and oversee the quality of finished products.
𝐨 Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
𝐨 Stay updated on industry developments and integrate insights into product development strategies.
𝐨 Ensure all products meet brand quality standards and align with design expectations.
𝐨 Address and resolve any quality issues in collaboration with manufacturers and stakeholders.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

𝐨 Bachelors in Textile, Commerce or a related field.
𝐨 Proven experience in textile product development, preferably in 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒃𝒂𝒈𝒔, 𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒃𝒂𝒈𝒔, 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔, 𝑷𝒐𝒖𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔, 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒔, 𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒂𝒈𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒂𝒈𝒔.
𝐨 Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and manufacturing processes.
𝐨 Proficiency in creating tech packs and product specifications.
𝐨 Ability to research and analyze market trends and consumer preferences.

o Expertise in innovative packaging design, cost optimization and vendor coordination for hard goods.
o Strong knowledge of fabric, trims and textile development processes from concept to production.
o Ability to manage assortment planning, vendor coordination and sales tracking for stationery items.
o Experience in curating and managing fashion jewelry/accessory collections based on market trends.
